Wonderful Weekend

We had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the warmer weather, as I am sure you all did! On Friday night my Aunt Shannon babysat for us because we were going out to celebrate Michael Anne's birthday! We all met up at Times Ten Cellar in Lakewood. It is a great wine bar with a big patio (and they allow dogs). I thought the night would be interesting because Michael doesn't drink wine and that is all they serve. But he actually had a few glasses and didn't "mind it"...progress! :)

We laid low Saturday, had a PJ day and caught up on our DVR that night- it was an awesome day. And the best part is we had Ball's Hamburgers for dinner- awesome. It is by far my favorite burger. If you have not eaten there you must! I would give you a link here but they don't have a website. It is at the corner of Northwest Hwy and Midway- check it out. (Just not on a Saturday afternoon it is full of post soccer/basketball/football game kids- packed!) And, Sloan learned how to climb on the coffee table...oh my!

We have a corner by our couch with a lot of pillows and Sloan could play in them for hours- it is so funny.

Sunday we decided we had to get out of the house- too nice of a day to waste inside. We went to Turtle Creek to play and walk around. It was a beautiful, almost hot, day. Then we went to Chuy's for a late lunch on the patio.

Then at lunch we found a lady bug, she was loving it too!

After lunch we came home and decided to have a beer on the patio, with a text or two we then had a few friends over to enjoy the weather with us. We played with Stella, Michael Anne and Ryan's Dog, played in the Sandbox, swung in the hammock, threw the football. It was a nice Sunday afternoon/night- a perfect way to end the weekend.

It is now Monday and the week is here. Hoping to have a super productive week around the house but we will see if that happens...
